The best businesses are built through ownership, proximity to the customer, and relentless attention to systems. I learned that flying fighters in the RSAF: checklists, debriefs, and standards are what keep complex things alive.

When COVID grounded the aviation path, I rebuilt. Finance at Curtin, then teaching and coaching, then founding Penguin Swim School. Today that operator's lens extends into investment research and patient capital allocation.
